When Your Order Ships
Groundwell processes and dispatches orders every weekday, excluding public holidays. Once your payment has been approved, we generally hand your parcel over to our delivery partners the next business day. After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link — please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Where We Deliver
We ship to all Australian states and territories using Australia Post and other trusted couriers. To prevent delivery issues, please ensure your street address is complete and accurate.
