Returns & Money-Back Policy (30 Days)
At Groundwell, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we don’t accept returns or provide refunds for simple change-of-mind orders, we do offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your results.
How the Guarantee Works
To make a claim, just follow these steps:
1. Record your starting point with clear photos before using the product.
2. Track your progress weekly by taking new photos while following the routine.
3. Use the product consistently for at least 30 days. If you need help at any point, reach out — we're here to support you.
4. When requesting a refund, email your time-stamped photos to hello@groundwell.com.au along with your order details.
5. After approval, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If something arrives broken, leaking, or not functioning as it should, please contact us at hello@groundwell.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
-Your order number
-Photos showing the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
